How Do I Request for the Ring Sizer?

For customers who are unsure about their size, we strongly recommend the ring sizer. We will send the ring sizer after you have made a purchase. This is a complimentary service and we do not charge for the ring sizer.

If you need a Ring Sizer, please refer to the following:

  1. On the product page and under Ring Size selection, please select 'Not sure, send me a Ring Sizer'.
  2. Add to cart, check out and make payment as usual.
  3. We will mail you the Ring Sizer by the next working day. It normally takes 1-2 working days to reach you (Singapore address) and 3-5 working days for other parts of Asia.
  4. After receiving and measuring with the Ring Sizer, update us your ring size by emailing to ringsize@tiara.com.sg
  5. You will receive an acknowledgement from us.
  6. Please wait for your ring to arrive.
